Overview
In this Banking & Finance Associate role, you will support complex financing transactions within a renowned Bristol team. You will draft and review key finance documents and contribute to cross-border deals for international clients. Responsibilities
- Advise on complex financing transactions
- Draft credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, and security documents
- Support high-profile cross-border deals
- Collaborate with Partners and senior lawyers and assume significant responsibility
- Contribute to business development and client relation building
Key requirements
- 1+ years PQE in Banking & Finance law
- SRA registered lawyer
- Ability to manage a complex and varied workload
- Commercially astute and able to work in a fast-paced environment
