Overview

In this Product Manager role at Teya, you own the roadmap for key product areas within a fintech that helps small businesses accept payments. You engage cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Marketing and Ops to turn user insights into prioritized requirements. You balance quick wins with long-term goals to boost adoption and retention, and you lead go-to-market readiness and post-launch optimization. You’ll champion the customer through the product lifecycle, shaping simple and intuitive journeys. This is a chance to impact how small businesses compete and thrive with accessible technology.

Responsibilities

  • Own roadmap and delivery for key product areas aligned with company strategy
  • Conduct user research, analyze data, and talk to users to uncover needs
  • Translate insights into prioritized product requirements and collaborate with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Ops to prototype and iterate
  • Prioritize work based on impact to users and business
  • Define and track KPIs, adjust post-launch to improve adoption, engagement, and retention
  • Lead go-to-market efforts and ensure cross-functional readiness
  • Advocate for the customer to keep products simple, intuitive, and user-friendly
  • Shape tools and systems for critical user journeys (onboarding, activation, retention) to scale operations

Key requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in tech, fintech, or SaaS
  • Bachelor in a technical or analytical field
  • Strong ownership mindset and hands-on approach
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Data-driven with hypothesis testing and evidence-based decisions
  • Clear, empathetic communicator across technical and business stakeholders
