Senior Project Controls Engineer – Infrastructure

Overview

In this role you will join our project controls team on high‑profile London infrastructure projects, delivering performance reporting and analysis. You will help establish baselines, monitor progress and costs, and provide actionable recommendations to clients. You’ll work closely with cost and planning engineers and may serve as the primary day‑to‑day client contact. Responsibilities

• Develop work breakdown structures and robust performance baselines with cost and planning engineers
• Establish progress and cost monitoring methods
• Produce project control reports and provide performance analysis and recommendations
• Act as a key contact point with the client on project controls matters

Key requirements

• Experience in a project controls environment on a major infrastructure project or programme (airports, rail, utilities, or defence preferred)
• Knowledge of earned value, progress updating, cost control, change control, baseline management, reporting, and P6 environment
• Numerate and computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Excel and Primavera (P6)
• Familiarity with Oracle and SAP and web-based project control tools
• Qualified graduate in a relevant discipline with some experience in project control
