Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing, London

Overview

In this role you shape and deliver complex transfer pricing solutions for multinational clients within EY’s ITTS group. You’ll lead multi-country engagements, guide junior staff, and leverage AI-enabled tech to drive value and robust client service. You collaborate with clients, tax authorities, and internal teams to craft compliant, strategic TP models and help clients navigate the evolving regulatory landscape. Responsibilities

• Shape and articulate solutions to complex technical TP problems with EY, client, and tax authority stakeholders
• Prepare high-quality technical deliverables for Partner review across TP issues
• Lead delivery of technically complex TP projects with a practical, business-focused approach
• Utilise EY’s market-leading technology and AI-enabled solutions in client delivery and contribute to tech development
• Build and lead relationships with key client contacts to provide high service levels
• Identify new opportunities by partnering with diverse EY client-serving teams
• Utilise internal and external networks to manage opportunity flows
• Contribute to developing junior staff through supervision, coaching, and mentoring
• Lead practice development initiatives such as thought leadership, people initiatives, or business development

Key requirements

• Significant transfer pricing experience across the TP lifecycle
• Strong relationship-building with clients and internal stakeholders
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and adaptability to senior stakeholders
• Ability to identify risk areas and perform effective reviews
• Client-focused mindset with commercial awareness
• Proven ability to coach and develop junior staff
• Project management skills: planning, prioritisation, deadlines, budget
