In this role you apply advanced ML research to silicon verification, working at a deep-tech startup that connects research with real customers. You will bridge ML and circuit design teams, shaping models that improve verification, simulation coverage, and tapeout reliability on real silicon. You’ll operate with high autonomy, translating research into production-ready implementations. Your work will have tangible impact in a senior, tight-knit team focused on cutting-edge challenges.

Responsibilities

• advance ML research for EDA/verification problems and translate findings into implementable models
• balance exploration with production-ready code and deployment to silicon tests
• communicate complex ML concepts to circuit-design audiences and stakeholders
• collaborate with customers and apply models to real silicon data
• pursue modelling of dynamic systems and behavioural patterns in analogue circuits

Key requirements

• Degree in Physics/Engineering/Electronics
• PhD in Machine Learning
• strong Python + PyTorch/JAX skills
• publication record in ML or EDA venues
• ability to move between research and implementation
• clear communication across ML and circuit‑design audiences
• experience modelling dynamic systems
• familiarity with SPICE data and analogue circuits
• knowledge of behavioural modelling languages or EDA tools
• startup or applied‑research experience
