You will be responsible for completing local deliveries safely, professionally and on time. n Key responsibilities n • Drive a 7.5-tonne vehicle in line with road and safety regulations n • Complete multidrop deliveries, with fewer than 10 drops per shift n • Load, check and secure goods before departure n • Complete delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures where required n • Carry out vehicle checks and report any defects promptly n • Provide courteous service at each delivery location n • Follow planned routes and delivery instructions n Skills and qualifications n • Valid UK driving licence with entitlement to drive 7.5-tonne vehicles n • Previous multidrop delivery experience n • Comfortable completing fewer than 10 drops per shift n • Good knowledge of Bristol and surrounding areas would be helpful n • Strong time-management and organisational skills n • Reliable, safety-conscious and customer-focused approach n • Good communication skills and a professional manner n • Ability to handle goods safely and work independently n Benefits n • £15 per hour n • Paid every Wednesday n • Permanent, day-shift position n • Visible to local employers n About the company n The employer operates in the wider home-products distribution sector, sourcing and supplying products to customers across the UK.
