About the Job

Reporting to the Directors, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of the companies accounts function.

• Process purchase invoices
• Reconcile supplier statements and arrange payments
• Post payments against supplier accounts
• Telephone queries
• Maintain and accurate filing system for invoices/statements
• Assist the Company Accountant on ad-hoc duties i.e. posting journals
• Payroll (possible progression)

Skills and Experience

• Must be responsible and take ownership of their work
• Previous experience in administrative or accounts roles
• Proven ability to achieve deadlines which includes being a great team player
