Our client, a locally owned leading engineering company are in search of an experienced Design Engineer to join their well-established team in Armagh.

This is brand new position created due to company growth.

The job role:

• If successful in this role you will be involved in designing our clients products.
• Checking and approving technical drawings using design processes, procedures, and checklists.
• Managing design projects and developing new products.
• Creating BOM lists, helping carrying out costing of jobs and providing Technical advice to customers.

The successful candidate must have:

• Relevant Degree or equivalent 3rd level qualification in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 2+ years within a design engineer role.
• You will be competent on 3D CAD modelling capabilities and experienced using solid works.
