Senior Tax Manager – Equity Reward & VC Tax Lead (Remote)

Pro-Tax is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to lead equity reward and venture capital tax work for high-growth clients. You will design tax-efficient equity schemes (EMI, CSOP, Growth Shares), advise on SEIS/EIS/VCTs, manage a portfolio of entrepreneurial businesses, and mentor a team of Managers and AMs.

This role blends technical excellence with business development, client relationship-building and cross-team collaboration.
