Job Description:
EsterPET, part of the Biffa Group, is seeking a seasoned General Manager to run the Seaham PET recycling site. You will own the site’s safety, profitability, and performance, directing the management team and delivering the business plan.
The role requires deep knowledge of PET recycling, feedstock quality, and regulatory compliance, with responsibility for budgets, KPIs, and continuous improvement. Occasional travel to Sherburn and close collaboration with Commercial, Finance and Quality teams.
