Greene King is seeking a General Manager for one of our community pubs in Bury St Edmunds. You’ll lead by example, grow sales, recruit and develop your team, and create a warm, welcoming experience for guests while upholding brand standards and safety.

You’ll manage P&L, drive guest satisfaction, and mentor colleagues to deliver consistent service in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Strong English ensures clear communication and compliance with allergen controls.
