Interim Head of Maths | Lead Dept, Teach KS5, Drive Results

Brava Education is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Maths to lead the maths department at a secondary academy in south east Essex. The role combines department leadership with teaching across key stages up to KS5, starting ASAP on a full-time daily rate basis.

The successful candidate will drive curriculum consistency, monitor assessment, use data to plan interventions, and stabilise the department quickly while a longer-term appointment is arranged.
