Restaurant General Manager: Lead Team, Elevate Service

Boojum Ltd on Bold Street, Liverpool is looking for a passionate, customer‑facing Restaurant Manager to lead the crew and keep the Boojum vibes going. You’ll run it like you own it, support your team, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile.

This role covers 40 hours per week with a pay range of £32,240 – £36,920 plus quarterly bonus. You’ll train and empower your team, uphold food safety standards, drive sales and KPIs, and create a positive, fun working environment.
