Head of Member Communities — Remote, Growth & Engagement

Membership Bespoke is seeking a Head of Membership Communities for a leading professional membership organisation. The role focuses on turning a new member platform into active, valuable communities by engaging members, mentoring, networking and cross-group initiatives.

Working with the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team, you will own member engagement, retention and growth, shaping the member journey and experience for diverse professional groups across the organisation.
