London General Manager | High-Volume Brasserie

Brasserie Olivia is opening a second London restaurant in Spring 2027. We seek an experienced General Manager to own operations, lead a high‑performing team, and drive sales while managing costs.

You will liaise closely with the France team and UK partners to uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will manage P&L, ensure compliance with UK health, safety and licensing, and build a strong leadership culture in a fast‑growing business.
