Barchester is seeking a Head of Maintenance for a care home. You will lead the maintenance team, manage a wide range of tasks from plumbing to garden work, and liaise with external contractors to ensure safety and upkeep of the building and grounds.
The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, at least one trade skill, and a reliable, flexible approach. A full UK driving licence and IT literacy are essential, plus GCSEs in Maths and English.
