Aldwych Consulting is seeking a Senior or Principal Highways & Infrastructure Design Engineer to establish a new London development infrastructure team. You will lead development schemes from concept to detailed design and technical approval, focusing on S278/S38 highways, drainage, and flood risk.
As the first engineer in the new team, you will recruit and mentor staff, shape workflows, and drive project success toward Associate level and beyond. Strong client-facing skills are essential.
