Dentalcare Pangbourne is seeking a Head Dental Nurse/Compliance Officer to lead the nursing team and ensure high standards of patient care.

You will oversee regulatory compliance (CQC, NMC) and governance, manage care plans and documentation, and collaborate with the Registered Manager.
