Staff ML Ops & Release Engineer

Wayve is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer – Ops based in London, working in a hybrid model that blends office collaboration with remote work. You will set and enforce release gates across training phases, ensuring models are validated before progressing, and drive improvements to the ML delivery pipeline.

You will review release content, collaborate with platform and CI/CD teams, and help evolve evaluation methods to keep our models reliable.
