Senior BDM Director | Drive New Business & Build a Team

Furza is seeking a results-driven Business Development Director to drive new business and expand current accounts from our Richmond office. You will initially operate as a Player/Manager, owning revenue targets while developing two BDMs/Executives.

You will prospect across Furza’s Academy, Talent, Training and Advisory services, manage the full sales cycle, and build relationships with Founders, CEOs and Commercial Directors. A clear path to Southern Sales Director is defined.
