Bupa’s Cromwell Hospital in London seeks an HR Director to shape the people strategy, partner with the executive team and lead the People function across the hospital.

This senior leadership role requires extensive healthcare HR expertise, strong data-driven decision making, and the ability to drive culture, engagement and talent development in a complex environment. The position is permanent, hybrid with on-site days and reports to the People Director, Bupa Health Services.
