Senior Credit Card Acquisition & Growth Lead

Nationwide Building Society is seeking a Senior Credit Card Product Manager – Acquisition to drive growth across Nationwide and Virgin Money. You will shape propositions, optimise customer journeys and manage partnerships to deliver strong commercial results while balancing risk and customer outcomes.

The role offers hybrid working with regular cross-office collaboration and exposure to senior leaders as the Virgin Money integration progresses. This is a 24-month fixed-term contract.
