Job Description:
Creideas is seeking a Head of Business Support Transformation to shape and lead a major programme across business support functions. You will report to the COO, own the transformation roadmap and drive changes across people, processes, systems and technology in a hybrid UK role based in Glasgow or Edinburgh.
You will map workflows, engage senior stakeholders, deliver measurable improvements and embed new ways of working with a clear governance framework and KPI-led reporting.
