Remote UK Nominee Director – Flexible Compliance Signer

Emplyfy is seeking a UK-based Nominee Director to support a company’s corporate compliance requirements. This role is not operational management and involves minimal day-to-day activities; the initial setup typically requires 1–2 hours and after banking arrangements are in place the position becomes largely passive, with occasional document signing.

You will review and sign bank documents remotely, assist with infrequent compliance paperwork, and remain available for occasional communication.
