Lead Countermeasure Modelling Engineer

MASS is seeking a Principal Countermeasure Development Engineer for our St. Neots operations. You will lead a team of engineers, design and extend the CounterWorX tool, and deliver countermeasure models and simulations for defence customers.

You’ll oversee technical work, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with the software development and assurance teams to ensure releases meet stringent security standards and customer requirements.
