Head of Commercial Law — Path to Equity Partnership

Tony Alan Recruitment is seeking a Partner / Head of Commercial (Solicitor) to lead an established commercial team in Worthing. This permanent role is 35 hours per week (9am–5pm) with a clear route to Equity Partnership for the right candidate and a potential partnership pathway.

You will stay hands-on with a quality caseload while mentoring five solicitors, developing client relationships with SMEs and regional businesses, and guiding growth of the department.
