Graduate Civil Engineer – Site Development

Arup’s Site Development teams recruit graduates to support civil engineering design and delivery across energy, water, transport and infrastructure projects in the UK. The role covers master planning, drainage, earthworks, and utility coordination, with multidisciplinary collaboration from concept to construction.

We look for recent graduates with a degree in Civil Engineering, familiarity with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and digital tools, a strong problem-solving mindset, and good teamwork.
