Senior Project Director — Industrial Construction Leader

Tier 1 Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead delivery of a high-value industrial development in the South East. The role requires strategic leadership across all construction activities, with accountability for programme, commercial performance, quality and safety.

You will manage a large multidisciplinary team and oversee design, procurement and construction while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
