A busy branded pub on the outskirts of Lancaster is looking for an experienced Temporary Head Chef to join the kitchen team for a temporary placement.
The pub serves a well-established branded pub menu, offering a range of traditional favourites, hearty dishes and lighter options.

The ideal candidate will have previous Head Chef or senior kitchen experience and be confident working within a busy branded pub environment. They will be organised, reliable and capable of leading a kitchen team while maintaining consistency across the menu.
