Audit Chair & Non‑Executive Director

Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Wolverhampton is seeking a part-time Non-Executive Director to chair the Audit Committee and provide expert oversight of financial governance, risk and assurance. The role requires a strong financial background and strategic leadership to challenge and support the Board.

You will join as a voting member of the Board, work with the Chair and other colleagues, and engage with the Council of Governors to hold the Board to account.
