Head of Aftercare – London Super-Prime Development

deverellsmith is seeking a Head of Customer Service for a landmark super-prime residential development in London. You will own the customer service function from inception, establishing framework, processes and systems to recruit and lead a team as the project progresses.

You will manage the purchaser journey from exchange to completion, build strong stakeholder relationships, and select digital engagement tools to enhance the resident experience.
