European Retail BD Lead – Store Expansion & Partnerships

POP MART seeks a senior European BD leader to drive full-cycle store openings and site selection across Europe’s core cities—London, Paris, Berlin and beyond. You will manage lease negotiations, develop partnerships with premium department stores, and lead co-brand initiatives to boost brand exposure.

You will establish strong ties with governments, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide the European BD team with yearly targets, negotiations, and project delivery.
