Engineering Operations Leader

BW Packaging seeks a Lead, Engineering Operations to manage frontline engineering execution for a product line, reporting to a Director or VP of Engineering Operations. You will ensure customer orders and projects are delivered on time, within cost, and to standard.

You will allocate resources, coach engineers, and resolve execution challenges in a highly matrixed environment, partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, and cross-functional peers to maintain reliability and customer focus.
