The Skanska Costain STRABAG Joint Venture is recruiting a Health Safety & Wellbeing Manager for the TRDU. This site-based role focuses on tunnelling activities, implementing the HSMS to ISO 45001:2018, and leading the HSW team across shifts.
You will mentor and coach Health & Safety staff, coordinate 24/7 shift patterns, and liaise with HS2 and other stakeholders to drive continuous HSW performance improvements. Flexible working arrangements may be discussed.
