Head of Health & Safety – Scale-Up Residential

COREcruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Head of Health and Safety to design, own and scale the H&S function across a multi-site residential portfolio in Greater Manchester. This is a strategic, non-BAU role aimed at embedding safety into every decision and operation as the business grows.

You will lead fire safety strategy, manage Building Safety Act duties, and drive a culture of proactive safety across operations, estates and maintenance teams.
