Chief of Financial Crime & DMLRO

Dojo is seeking a Head of Financial Crime & DMLRO to lead anti-financial crime efforts and oversee AML/CTF, ABC, and sanctions programs. You will report to the Head of Compliance and collaborate with executive teams to strengthen controls as the business scales.

You will direct SAR processes, policy development, and risk governance, while guiding cross-functional partners on financial crime implications of new initiatives.
