HR & Employment Law Consultant — Lead Complex ER Matters

The Portfolio Group is seeking an experienced HR / Employment Law Consultant to work with a diverse client base across sectors, handling complex employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, capability meetings, appeals and dismissals.

You will conduct formal HR meetings via Teams, provide impartial, evidence-based advice, and help clients understand legal positions while benefiting from a strong benefits package and earning potential through complex cases.
