Classroom Support is looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to own and grow the London desk, connecting with schools and a network of Teaching Assistants and support staff. This fast-paced role combines sales, relationship-building and problem-solving.

You will develop relationships with schools, proactively identify staffing needs, interview and register candidates, and place them with schools while maintaining high service standards. Training and onboarding are provided.
