Multi-Site Nursery Quality & Compliance Leader

JEM Childcare Solutions’ client in Leeds is seeking a multi-site Senior Nursery Manager who is passionate about Quality, Compliance and Curriculum across settings. The role covers more than eight nurseries, working alongside Area Managers and reporting to the Operations Director.

Salary is circa £55k plus travel across Leeds and surrounding areas. You will lead Ofsted readiness, EYFS principles, safeguarding and health & safety practices, and manage nursery teams, occupancy and budgets.
