Customer Success & CRM Specialist

Nationwide is offering a 12-month secondment as Customer Relationships Manager (CRM) at our Ayr branch in Ayrshire. This full-time role (35 hours/week, Mon-Sat) focuses on developing rewarding customer relationships and helping clients access our products via face-to-face, phone, or video channels.

You’ll be an SME in your branch, supporting colleagues with quality conversations and assisting vulnerable customers as needed.
