Deputy Head of HR – Senior HR Leader, Hybrid London

MLC Partners are working with a healthcare organisation in Central London to recruit an experienced Deputy Head of HR. This is a hands-on senior HR role that requires confident advice on high-volume and highly complex people matters, and close collaboration with senior leaders across the organisation.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will provide both operational and strategic HR support, deputise when required, and help ensure managers receive timely, pragmatic and commercially sound guidance.
