Design Manager – Water Infrastructure & BIM Lead

Tilbury Douglas is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead the design governance for the South West Water framework in Exeter. You will drive design proposals from tender through to construction, ensuring safety, quality, energy efficiency and value for money while coordinating multiple designers and suppliers.

The role demands a strong background in water/industrial design, CDM compliance, and BIM data management, with the ability to communicate across client teams and site personnel.
