Kier Design is seeking a Drainage and Water Design Team Leader to join our Exeter or Salford office on a hybrid basis. You will provide technical leadership for a specialist team delivering robust drainage and water management solutions across transport infrastructure programmes.

You will shape technical direction, manage risk and budgets, and mentor staff to raise standards and deliver high quality, sustainable design outcomes for our clients and communities.
