Health Recruit Network is seeking a Registered Manager for a 3-bed children’s residential home in Bedford. You will lead the team, ensure safety, deliver high-quality care and maintain rigorous safeguarding standards.
The role requires at least 2 years in residential childcare with supervisory experience, an NVQ Level 5 (or in progress) and a solid grasp of Ofsted regulations. Monday–Friday with a home-based admin day supports a balanced leadership position.
