Early Help Family Support Specialist – Hybrid

Leeds City Council is seeking a Family Help Worker to support families early and lead on early help plans within the new Family Hubs. You will work across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver holistic family support in community settings.

In this role you will deliver evidence-based parenting programmes, build partnerships across locality, and apply a restorative approach to engage families and stakeholders. Flexible/hybrid working is available, with focus on community-based delivery.
