Finance Paralegal: Complex Transactions – London

EJ Legal Limited in London is seeking a Finance Paralegal on a fixed-term basis to support lawyers in a busy Finance department. You will assist with transaction documents, manage legal files, and help with due diligence and client matters.

The successful candidate will have a Law degree or GDL and at least six months’ finance paralegal experience, with excellent proofreading, organisation, and communication skills, and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
