Unusual opportunity for a 2026 Admitted Solicitor to join a boutique firm which is Leeds based but operates nationally in a high profile and interesting sector.
Their clients vary from corporate brands and household names, to regional independent businesses with UK and overseas interests. The firm enjoys close links with its client base, and the brand is very much entrenched with industry events (conferences, awards etc) and in delivering training to it’s clients to maintain profile.
They are looking for an NQ to join a small team handling contentious work across injury (defendant Fast Track and Intermediate Track work), business disputes, consumer claims, and some sector specific regulatory work. It’s an interesting blend.
You’ll be joining a friendly firm with a relaxed working environment. They operate a 3 day/wk hybrid office attendance pattern, usually Tuesday to Thursday on site.
They are happy to support someone to adapt to their client focus, but the core skills they’re needing in a candidate are a base of experience in defendant personal injury or civil/commercial litigation, hopefully having been involved in cases through to trial. And this will bebacked by an enthusiasm to learn and to be part of a small team.
An unusual opportunity for a 2026 NQ wanting a contentious role in West Yorkshire.
