Therapeutic Team Leader – Youth Housing

S.N.G HEALTHCARE LIMITED in Bournemouth is seeking an experienced Team Leader for a therapeutic Supported Accommodation service for young people aged 16 to 18. You will lead staff, model a therapeutic approach, and ensure safeguarding, high-quality support and effective recording.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience with children and young people, a positive, flexible attitude, and willingness to train. Shifts include evenings, weekends, sleep-ins and Out of Hours.
