Lead Design Manager – Hybrid Social Housing Retrofit

Fortem Solutions is seeking a Design Manager to join the Technical Services team on a permanent, hybrid basis. You will lead the design function across RIBA stages for social housing retrofit and capital works, focusing on decarbonisation, co-ordination and compliance with CDM and Viewpoint CDE.

You will manage multi-disciplinary design teams, drive value through better design, and liaise with commercial and clients during Bid and Construction phases.
