Hybrid Deals Tax Senior Associate – Stamp Duties & Real Estate

PwC is seeking a Deals Tax professional to join its national UK team. You will deliver stamp taxes advice across transactions, including stamp duty, SDRT, and land and buildings tax, while collaborating with specialists across sectors.

You will perform tax due diligence, identify issues, and support clients on tax-efficient deal structures, reorganisations, IPOs, and post-acquisition steps. Strong relationship-building and project-management skills are essential.
